GREEN LINE – Sustainable cooperation between public institutions in the region in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency and renewable energy

The common goal of the Green Line project is to create green cross-border cooperation, which will be based on the improved capacities of the involved organizations and thus the more successful support we offer to public organizations. It is about creating sustainable cooperation between institutions in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency and renewable energy. The project also creates conditions and starting points for cooperation between the public institutions themselves in the cross-border area.

The key point of the project, which will increase the capacity of cooperation, is the "twining process" of training and the development of support tools.

As part of the project, tools such as an application for energy accounting and a 3-D model of the Zalsko-Mura geothermal basin will be prepared as support for improving strategic cooperation and decision-making.

Sustainable cooperation between public institutions in the cross-border region in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency and renewable energy will depend on the preparation and implementation of strategic programs.
