Development of quality local production, structuring of sectors, school catering, food justice, support for change for healthy and responsible food: the Lyon Metropolis is acting with local stakeholders for a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient food system. Objective: Go from 4.6 to 15% food autonomy and provide access for all residents to healthy, quality food by 2030. Since then, the city has been leading the development of the food project for the Lyon region, in order to co-construct an operational action plan with the various services and stakeholders in the region. This work began with a broad consultation involving 300 people and continues during thematic working groups. PATLy platform allows active participation in the Lyonnais Territory Food Project, through transparent consultation with the territory. By joining this community, one can participate in the co-construction of a more sustainable, more inclusive, and more resilient food future.
